Partners Caroline Parkins, Paul Barnett and Jemima Dasent took over Leakers Bakery back in 2002 with a determination to put real bread back on the menu.  

Front of house and heading up our friendly Shop Team is Claire West,  Jo Dobbs is the first point of contact for all Wholesale enquiries, while behind the scenes Jon Dasent is General Manager.

In the bakery our Head Baker Robert oversees a team of 5 to 6 bakers (depending on the season).

Our small but dedicated team includes a wide range of roles, from bakers, cooks and cake makers to retail staff, packers and delivery drivers.
