Gold in World Bread Awards

We were a bit late to get the memo on this - but, rather excitingly our Pure Rye Sourdough recently scooped another award, this time in Tiptree's World Bread Awards.  

It's the first time we've taken part in these awards which welcomes entrants from across the globe and a wide range of categories from Baguettes to Flatbreads which attest to it's truly international flavour.

The competition, which includes categories for both professional and amateur bakers, takes place in September each year and invites entries from both budding young bakers to seasoned kitchen creators.   

The Sourdough win follows a Great Taste win for the same loaf earlier in the year.  Rye appears to be having a moment!
